Creative Photo Restoration Ancestry Digital Art
I'm excited about these recently completed projects.
This is a creative art photo I created based off the original photo of Alice on the beach in Cape May, NJ in 1927, inspired by her adventurous hat and round glasses.
All the photos I have of my great grandmother Alice, she appeared old, stiff and sullen; however, when I found the photo of her wearing a fun hat and round glasses, it made me smile and reminded me that our ancestors are more than the dates and places they are connected to. They each had personalities that are usually never discovered or shared, we do what we can to put the pieces together to help bring our ancestors to life.
This is Alice! (The name "Alice" on the photo is her signature as well.)
